That's why Feedback offers return payments: the option to refund a payment via debit card/contactless, directly through the payment solution.

With return pins, you avoid discussions at the machine, you don't have to work with cash, and you can handle refunds professionally. The refund is registered, so you always have an overview of transactions and corrections. We often focus on smaller-scale events with up to 2,000 attendees.
